How I spent my entire Saturday...
I mowed the lawn. All day. And I didn't finish! (Yes, we have a huge lawn!) We've been rained out for so long, things were way out of control in our yard. I had to mow through grass about 2 feet tall! Really! It took 3 passes with the mower to get it to look like yard again. Dad came over and found a visitor hiding in the grass by his truck.
Sorry for the pic being kinda blurry, but I only had one shot - then we took him closer to the swamp where he belongs.
That's it for tonight, I'm beat.

Mowing the lawn is not nearly as much fun as having Chinese food AND Dairy Queen on the same day!!! That's way more fun!!!
But I'm glad to see that there is still room on this blog for mention of our reptilian comrades. Welcome, turtle brother or sister! Stay in the swamp, avoid the roads!!
